Where do you provide landscape lighting services?
We serve McLean, Great Falls, Vienna and Reston in Virginia, and Potomac, Cabin John and Bethesda in Maryland. We also welcome other DMV inquiries; share your address so we can confirm availability.
Can I hire you for design only or installation only?
Yes. We offer standalone design, design plus installation, and installation of outside designs or customer-supplied equipment. Scope, compatibility and pricing are reviewed individually.
What happens during an evening demo?
After a consultation, we demonstrate proposed lighting on your property at dusk so you can discuss the brightness, focal points and overall effect before installation.
How much does landscape lighting cost?
The investment depends on your property, priorities and agreed scope. We discuss your budget during the consultation and agree pricing before work begins.
Can you maintain or upgrade my existing lighting?
Yes. We service systems installed by us and by others. We assess the existing system, then agree any repairs, adjustments or upgrades and service arrangements individually.
Do you work with commercial properties too?
Yes. Homeowners are our primary focus, and we also welcome commercial lighting projects. Tell us about the property, operating needs and goals so we can discuss the scope.
