We plan wiring routes and fixture placement around your planting, lawn and hardscape. The methods depend on the property and the agreed system. We discuss access and any areas needing particular care during the consultation.
What happens during the evening lighting demo?
We set up a temporary demonstration at dusk so you can experience the proposed lighting on your property. It helps us discuss brightness, focal points and the overall effect before installation.

Focused front-façade installation packages start at $5,000. Comprehensive estate installations typically range from $15,000 to $50,000, depending on acreage and architectural complexity. Your proposal sets the scope and pricing; projects using outside designs or customer-supplied equipment are priced individually.
